Casting and Turnery

We are specialist in Foundry works in Cast iron, Brass, Bronze and Aluminium alloys. Specially casting all types of dewatering pumps spare parts etc.Our foundry is equipped with conventional crucible furnace to carry out melting operation, for both ferrous and non ferrous casting (Bronze, aluminium casting) and sodium Silicate c02 molding process for Ci, Ductile Iron Casting. We have fully equipments, tools and accessories for making patterns in wood as well as aluminium.The foundry casters to the equipment to engineering sectors namely Marine Engg., Crushing Industries, Oil Industries Process Industries etc.We also have facilities for heat treatment cycles for nitriding, hardening normalizing and annealing cycles.

Machining

All kinds of precision machining jobs, Tools and Dies etc.. We are specialist in maintenance of heavy earth moving equipment. We are also manufacturing Bevel, Helical and Spur Worm gears.We assure you that we will effectively respond round the clock.Our Machine shop is very versatile and service oriented with having facilities like Turning and threading operation, Gear Cutting operation.Slotting and shaping operation,Surface and cylindrical operation etc.

Our machine shop is fully equipped with sophisticated machine ranging from capacity dia 1.5mmto dia 11mmX4mtrs. And also have shaping, boring radial drilling milling machines to carry out different machining to carry out different machining operations.We have experienced machinist, turners, milling operators, supervisor to produce a component within specified tolerance to the fullest satisfaction of our customers. Dewatering Pump and Parts

We are one of the leading manufacturer of dewatering pump, Equipment and parts. All of our products are available in various models and specification. We have complete stocks of all running pump parts such as Impeller, Stuffing Box, volute casing, and Bearing Housing, Wear plates, Side cover plates and shafts.

Vacuum Pump Servicing

As well as supplying a full range of refurbished and rebuilt vacuum pumps we also carry out full decontamination, servicing and repair all types of vacuum pumps, That includes Dry pumps, Mechanical Boosters(Roots blower), Rotary Vane Vacuum pump, Rotary Piston vacuum pumps, Direct Drive Rotary pumps, Diffusion pumps and turbo pumps.

All vacuum pump servicing will include strip down and full clean/Decontamination. Full inspection of all components. The vacuum pumps are then fully rebuilt with all consumable spares replaced. The vacuum pumps are then fully run and tested before being resprayed prior to packing and returning
